Tierra Kavanaugh Turner, CEO, is a true entrepreneur, founding her first business in her twenties. Her commitment to her community led her to accept the appointment in March, 2004, by Governor Ernie Fletcher to serve as the first Executive Director for the newly created Governor’s Office of Minority Empowerment. Tierra carries on her passion for entrepreneurship and her leadership in managing outsourced diversity programs for her clients by championing programs and services that help level the playing field for small, disadvantaged, minority- and women-owned businesses.
