TKT & Associates, Inc. is the certified administrator of FastTrac® business development programs in Kentucky and Southern Indiana.

FastTrac® programs, from the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation of Entrepreneurship are a family of comprehensive programs that provide entrepreneurs with business insights, leadership skills and professional networking connections so they are prepared to expand an existing enterprise. Our FastTrac programs focus exclusively on entrepreneurs with businesses at least 3 -5 years old, poised for growth, but without a well-planned strategy for growth.

FastTrac assists entrepreneurs in evaluating their current business framework and determine the changes needed to improve performance and grow the business.

FastTrac programs have been developed by the Kauffman Foundation with input from hundreds of successful entrepreneurs who have shared their knowledge, insights, and experiences so that others might learn from the insight of other entrepreneurs..

Michael Ashcraft, Director of Business Services and the lead facilitator of FastTrac programs in Kentucky, brings a wealth of expertise in working with entrepreneurs.

As the Executive Director of the Greater Louisville Small Business Development Center (SBDC) for seven years, Michael guided the organization through tremendous growth in an entrepreneurial leadership role and was awarded the Sutton Landry State Star Award in 2005 for service and excellence in the Kentucky SBDC network.

In 1998 FastTrac won the Small Business Administration's Model of Excellence Award for Entrepreneurial Education. Simply put, FastTrac is one of America's leading entrepreneurial training programs and remains on the cutting edge by providing programs that are written by entrepreneurs... taught by entrepreneurs...for entrepreneurs.

GrowthVenture™ is a comprehensive business planning program that focuses on all the key areas of the business through 10 weekly modules. The end result is a carefully and strategically developed business plan focused on managing and sustaining growth.

Listening to Your Business™, a half-day program, leads entrepreneurs in developing a three-year vision for their business and action steps to get them from where they are to where they want to be.
