DBE TOOLBOX: 360° ASSESSMENT

The Ohio River Bridges Project's KY DBE Program continues to reach out to KY DBEs in many ways - the Program's success depends on helping certified business enterprises advance organizationally and competitively to compete on this and other projects throughout the state. The challenge of providing the right resources and valuable programs is made easier when DBE firms participate in the assessment process.

 

The 360° Business Assessment was developed by the KY DBE Program Manager by focusing on key areas of business management and planning. The responses help us and you begin to see where any weaknesses may lie and how core competencies are best used. From management style and team building to marketing and financial planning, the 360° Business Assessment helps the KY DBE Program Manager help DBEs.
