Getting Started

The KY e-Procurment system includes RFB and RFP information from all depatments of Kentucky Governement. For KY DBEs and companies seeking certifrication and prequalification with KYTC, specifying Department 605 is necessary to view KYTC bids only.

However, if you would like to view all open bids, you may leave the department box blank and browse all bids.

Go to https://eprocurement.ky.gov/

1. Click Vendor Self Service
2. Click Public Access
3. Click Business Opportunities
4. Click Search for Solicitations
5. Specify 605 in the Department field for solicitations issued by KYTC
6. Select "OPEN" from the drop down list
7. Click Browse
8. Double Click on the RFB/RFP number link to open the document
9. To download the RFB/RFP document click on attachments for files such as drawings, photos, etc.
10. Select the desired file and click download attachment link
11. Click open document will open
12. At this point you may print or save the file to your computer
13. Click File- then print
14. Repeat step 8 for each attachment for the RFB/RFP document

To view awards that resulted from Request for Bids (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP): Follow instructions above until Step 6 -  Select"Awarded" from the drop down list.
