We try to continuously add more value while keeping our costs down. Sometimes this means coming up with innovative ideas that aren’t necessarily the norm.

 What is your greatest business accomplishment to date? 

Being ranked FIRST in the 2005 Business First Fast 50 and making the Inc. 500 in 2006 as one of the fastest growing companies in the country!

 What do you like most about your work? 

Freedom… and the ability to help others while creating our own destiny.

 What important lessons have you learned? 

That effective communication is key. I always knew it was important, but I have learned that it is CRITICAL.
