FastTrac GrowthVenture - 10 week program

  • Assists entrepreneurs in evaluating their current business framework and determining the changes needed to improve performance and grow the business
  • Focuses on helping entrepreneurs take a step back, look at the big picture, and work ON their business, not just IN their business
  • Helps to strengthen the ability for entrepreneurs to make critical decisions and equip themselves with the knowledge and skills needed to improve the performance of the business
  • Assists in the creation of a framework to determine the best way to pursue business growth

The primary objectives are to help entrepreneurs effectively evaluate and improve their:

  • Overall business strategy and vision for the future
  • Ability to maintain a competitive advantage in the marketplace
  • Changing role in managing the business
  • Focus and alignment of all aspects of the business

FastTrac GrowthVenture Program Outline

The GrowthVenture program is made up of ten, three-hour modules. The first three modules focus on analyzing current business status and deciding on a strategic direction for the business. The last seven modules guide the entrepreneur to evaluate each major aspect of the business to create a strategic plan for growth. Each module includes an expert who offers their insights into the specific issues covered.

FastTrac Listening to Your Business - 4-hour program
This four-hour workshop takes a small group of fellow entrepreneurs through a four-step evaluation and action process designed to enhance the company's performance, now and into the future including:

  • Examining your business today, including its strengths, weaknesses and opportunities
  • Visualizing your business three years from now
  • Formulating an internal planning process to establish interim goals and strategies
  • Translating your goals into action steps - Nail down the actions and resources that your company needs to reach its three-year vision.

The Listening to Your Business workshop is often used as a preliminary analytical tool that can help entrepreneurs understand what is involved in planning a growth strategy. Often, workshop participants choose to follow up this program with FastTrac GrowthVenture, in order to focus more sharply on the elements of setting direction and taking action.
