Sheila Kavanaugh, Vice President, brings TKT & Associates, Inc. over 18 years experience in business ownership, employee/community relations and human resources. In 2006, she accepted appointments from Governor Ernie Fletcher to the Commonwealth of Kentucky’s Martin Luther King Jr. Commission; and from Boyle County Judge Executive Tony Wilder to the Danville/Boyle County Board of Adjustment for Planning and Zoning, while continuing to serve on the board of several not for profit organizations including the advisory board for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA).

Sheila is a member of the Central Kentucky Society for Human Resources (CKSHRM). She has championed fund development events for organizations, including Matsushita/Panasonic, American Cancer Society, the Salvation Army and the United Way and she is a certified Heritage Hospice volunteer.
